AIT’s protocol is simple. We remove any visible mold present with product, Benzyl Phenol-IAQ, which is EPA registered and tested according to their guidelines. BP-IAQ has been proven to kill 70+ types of bacteria, viruses and fungi. For the rest for the structure BP-IAQ is applied in a wet mist fog to all walls, closets, floor coverings, the HVAC, stuffed furniture and bedding. The wet mist fogging insures full and complete coverage of all surfaces. Clean up is minimal because BP-IAQ dries almost on contact and the homeowner can return to the home within hours depending on the size of the structure.

Our company can and will remove mold without removing drywall and you can be back in your home within hours. Mold doesn’t come through drywall. The moisture from the intrusion has soaked through the wall and the mold spores that are naturally in the home will go to the moisture and start to grow. As long as the drywall has not become spongy and has lost its integrity it need not be replaced and will dry as soon as the leak is fixed.
