In today's modern building architecture, problems often arise due to the presence of molds such as black mold and aspergillus. When individuals live in areas with these types of mold present, these individuals are at risk to health problems. AIT provides a solution to this problem with a proven, cost-effective methodology. The methodology is a simple but effective fogging with a mixture of Benzyl-Phenol-IAQ and water.

Benzyl-Phenol-IAQ is EPA registered and tested in EPA approved labs. Results of a number of tests have proven that BP-IAQ kills all forms of mold. When applied in a room or dormitory, mold inside the facility is killed in a matter of minutes and that facility can be reoccupied in hours.

Each problem is treated independently by AIT's trained staff. A problem facility is examined and a separate protocol is developed for each problem. Once agreed upon with the customer, AIT personnel treat the effective area killing the mold and other airborne viruses and bacteria present in the living facility.
